ENROLLMENT & TUITION

Aprende con Amigos—Preschool Academy welcomes all potty trained children three to five years of age. Beginning in fall of 2024 we are excited to announce that we will be a pilot Preschool for All Program! 40 slots at both our Overlook and Cully sites will be reserved for families who applied for Preschool for All. 20 slots will be available for families who can afford to pay for tuition. Paid enrollment is based on availability and will be filled on a first-come first-serve basis. To enroll or learn more about our program, please submit an interest form.

Families who are interested in a paid spot will be notified in March if there is space available for them for the following fall school year. Once you are contacted, you will have 48 hours to accept your enrollment request. Paper-work and payment will be required upon acceptance.

Preschool for All spots are run through Multnomah County. The timeline for application and acceptance varies so please check with the county to learn more. We thank you for your interest and look forward to welcoming you as a member of the Aprende con Amigos family!

The prices below are effective beginning July 1st, 2024. Tuition is due on the first of each month.

Hours of Operation

Aprende con Amigos is open from 8:00am to 5:00pm each day for paid families and 7:30 to 5:30 for Preschool for All families. Drop-off is anywhere from 8:00am to 8:30am for paid spots and 7:30 to 8:30 for PFA spots. Our first whole group activity will begin promptly at 8:35am. Half-day pick-up is from 12:20 to 12:40 pm, however we are only offering full day enrollment at this time. Full-day pick up may be anywhere from 3:00-5:00pm for paid spots and 3:00-5:30 for PFA spots. We feel having windows of time available for pick-up and drop-off will better accommodate families’ scheduling needs.

Deposit and Fees

Upon acceptance of a paid spot, we are requiring a deposit of your child’s last month’s tuition plus a non-refundable $100.00 registration and materials fee.

Lunches and Snacks

Lunches and Snacks: Organic and/or all natural snacks will be provided by Aprende con Amigos in the morning and afternoon each day. We will meet all dietary restrictions. We will also provide a free lunch option for PFA families and a paid lunch option for other families who are interested. Of course, you will also be welcome to bring a lunch from home, if you like.

Please note, there will be a 3-5% tuition increase each year for paid spots.
